It's alright to google, I do the same thing sometimes.
It's sad, even though I'm Lao, I can't even speak it as fluently.
I'm always looking up words or asking way too many questions.
Some lao people look down on me for that.
"You're Lao and you don't understand some of it. What's wrong with you?"

I think laotian is a great language, i personally find it really rare so it's already great that you know it!

I live in a place where everything else but Laotian and Cambodian is rare.

I've met a few Koreans, Japanese and Chinese, but they are of the older crowd or people that think I'm just too weird. D;


You should learn it! :D Not many people learn Lao, they rather stick with all the "main" languages. D;

it'd be cool but it's rare to find classes for it and i wouldnt use the language much so it'd be hard to improvise on it~
